Job Responsibility:

  • Manage team, ensure budgets and distribution are in line with company expectations
  • Coordinate with Management set & achieve sales targets
  • Hold up-to-date and depth knowledge of all departments team and self is responsible for
  • Possess at all times an up-to-date knowledge of the market/industry, i.e. key figures for departments responsible for, and know/understand competition
  • Liaise with all departments within company, ensure effective internal communication, i.e. customer service team, ensure high service levels
  • credit/finance team, ensure speedy resolution of any payment issues within the guidelines set
  • Continually analyze P&L, sales and margin performance versus target, and take appropriate action to remedy any gaps
  • Commercial overview and communication with suppliers and business partners
  • Ensure the compliance with labor relations and security measures
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience for our customers

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of previous working experience in similar position, preferable in luxury consume
  • High interpersonal skills with service minded nature and outgoing personality
  • Flexibility, commitment, willingness to succeed
  • Crisis management and ability to comprehend difficult circumstances and their resolution
  • Team player, strong networking skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proven track record in managing/developing a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven experience as a successful retail store manager, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • PC literate, proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in Greek and in English

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in luxury consume
