Job Description:

Lead and develop a team to achieve sales and high standards of customer service, and ensure in-store presentation standards and retail operational practices are maintained. This is an opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, overseeing a retail team with a unique buzz and energy at Telstra within a dynamic team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop a team to achieve sales and high standards of customer service
Ensure in-store presentation standards and retail operational practices are maintained
Coach and grow team to greatness
Develop a high performing team
Ensuring the stores KPI's (sales and customer service) are met
Developing and nurture a high performing, customer experience focused team
Maintaining an inclusive store culture
Identify and lead the recruitment for new store team members
Collaborate with team members, leading performance reviews and helping grow their careers

Requirements:

Demonstrated recent people leadership success within a target driven retail sales environment
Able to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
Able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team
Able to resolve customer issues and problem solving
Experience in leading through times of change (products / systems)
