Job Description:

Join Circle K as a Store Manager with responsibilities including hiring and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing financial performance, and maintaining site organization and safety protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire, and train positive, enthusiastic employees ensuring excellent customer service
develop and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well-kept
establish positive relationships with suppliers and customers to resolve complaints
promote safety procedures and awareness
evaluate and develop action plans to meet objectives
analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits
manage store employees to maintain accurate and timely reports and merchandise displays.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
experience in retail sales preferred
ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job descriptions
ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions
ability to use computers to analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, and counseling notices
a valid driver's license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
