Job Description:

Store Manager position at Circle K responsible for leading store operations, managing employees, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining site standards, and driving financial performance through sales analysis and expense management.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees
Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure site cleanliness and organization
Maintain professional and supportive image among subordinates
Schedule employees within Company guidelines
Implement non-discriminatory management skills
Develop positive relationships with suppliers
Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints
Prepare performance appraisals for employees
Train employees on customer service and safety procedures
Establish communication meetings with site employees
Evaluate and develop action plans for site objectives
Organize and maintain site files and manuals
Manage store employees to ensure proper reporting and merchandise display
Analyze daily sales and expense information
Budget and forecast P&L lines
Safeguard and account for all money received and disbursed

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions
Ability to use computer or acquire necessary computer skills
Valid driver's license and adequate transportation
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English

Nice to have:

Experience in retail sales
Leadership and management experience
