Job Responsibility:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team
Drive sales and profitability through strong commercial leadership
Deliver an exceptional, service-led customer experience
Coach and performance-manage team members to achieve KPIs
Analyse sales reports and store data to identify improvement opportunities
Communicate store performance and business updates clearly to the team
Proactively gather customer feedback and implement service improvements
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Manage controllable costs and protect store profitability
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
Support internal succession planning and talent development
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager, General Manager, or Business Manager
Background in retail or hospitality within a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial awareness with confidence analysing reports and KPIs
Passionate about customer service and premium store standards
Excellent people manager who leads by example
Experience in service-led or premium environments is advantageous
