Job Description:

The Store Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training employees, managing site operations, maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves financial analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train employees
Develop, manage and assign tasks
Maintain a professional and supportive image
Schedule employees
Implement non-discriminatory related management skills
Develop positive relationships with suppliers
Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints
Prepare performance appraisals
Train employees on safety procedures
Develop communication methods
Evaluate and develop action plans
Organize and maintain site files
Manage and supervise store employees
Analyze daily sales and expense information
Budget and forecast P&L lines
Safeguard and account for all money
Perform financial analysis

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
Ability to supervise and manage functions
Ability to use computer
A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
