We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Store Manager to take our store in Watergardens to the next level! This is a maternity leave cover role while our current Manager takes time off to welcome a new family member. The role will begin as a 12-month contract, with the opportunity to explore other exciting management roles at the end of the contract once she returns to work. DECJUBA Watergardens is a flagship store with strong turnover and constant movement on the floor. This is a role that calls for an experienced leader – someone confident managing a big store, leading from the front, and driving performance in a high-volume environment. With clear pathways to continue growing within the business, this role offers both challenge and long-term opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take our store in Watergardens to the next level
  • Lead a DREAMTEAM of around 10–12
  • Deliver AMAZING customer experiences at pace
  • Lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment
  • Lead and motivate your DREAMTEAM to live out the values of DECJUBA in every shift: Honesty, Bravery, Integrity, Innovation, and Optimism

Requirements:

  • Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen to continuously drive sales and strive for constant improvement
  • Experience leading and motivating a team
  • Experience managing a big store, leading from the front, and driving performance in a high-volume environment
  • Strength in coaching, operational excellence, and team development
