Job Responsibility:
Take full responsibility for day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running
Drive sales performance and deliver against key KPIs and targets
Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage recruitment, training, and performance of store staff
Oversee stock control, deliveries, and merchandising standards
Ensure visual presentation and in-store standards are maintained at a high level
Build strong relationships with internal teams and provide feedback on performance and trends
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within a retail environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercially aware with a track record of achieving sales targets
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to motivate a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
