Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations and workflow
  • Lead, train and motivate the employees under your supervision
  • Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, sales and tech performance
  • Maintain a safe, efficient and productive work environment
  • Actively work to keep the service schedule full to assure techs have plenty of work

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a busy Auto repair shop or in automotive management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of vehicel diagnostics and repair processes
  • Ability to multi task and be a problem solver in a fast paced environment
  • Hands on management style reporting to and working with the GM
