Requirements:
Experience coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty
Proven ability to drive consistent service standards across multiple departments while maintaining a seamless customer experience
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets
Experience using data and reports to drive profitability and identify opportunities
Strong retail operations experience with efficient process management
Experience leading back-of-house teams with high-volume deliveries
Understanding of driving profit through using reports and smart product placement
Experience managing department managers or large full-time teams, plus planning who can step up into future roles
Proven ability to build a positive team culture through coaching and recognizing good work
Track record of hiring and developing strong retail staff
Experience managing underperformance and maintaining team standards
