Store Manager RX

• Cultivate and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, including oversight of front store and cross-trained colleague performance and development, contributing to career progression, involving hiring, training, performance management, and where required, termination of employment
• ensure appropriate staffing to operate store successfully by scheduling to demand, consistently creating and publishing the schedule 3 weeks in advance, and maintaining financial stewardship of store labor spending
• improve store performance measures (sales, service, loyalty, shrink, compliance, etc.) by coaching colleagues and working within the #OneTeam dynamic to identify and address barriers to operation
• maintain a safe and high-quality working environment that complies with all regulatory and company standards
• oversee timely and quality training of front store and cross-trained colleagues
• conduct regular check-ins with all direct reports to track business goals and maintain team engagement
• maintain a strong working relationship with Rx DL, Pharmacy Manager, pharmacy team and any other in-store teams (e.g., Minute Clinic, etc.) to foster a #OneTeam mentality and support a holistic total store staffing pipeline
• partner with FS DL to establish store priorities, implement new initiatives, and engage all colleagues
• act as an ambassador for CVS Health through professional behaviors and positive engagement within the community

• Must be 18 years of age
• completion of all required training for current role within required timeframe
• pharmacy technician licensure
• high school diploma or general equivalent education (GED)
• ability to work flexible schedules including early morning and evening shifts according to store needs and operating hours
• two closing shifts per week and four weekend shifts per month are required at a minimum
• ability to lift and exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
• ability to stand and walk for an extended amount of time
