As a Store Manager, you will lead a large store with a full optics team with three testing rooms, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional care, confidence, and connection within the community.
Job Responsibility
Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure the store operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and compliance
Drive team performance through effective coaching and development
Manage stock levels and inventory, ensuring optimal product availability
Champion a culture of inclusion and respect, making every team member feel valued
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a large store environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience in optics is desirable but not essential
Nice to have
Knowledge of the optical industry or experience in a similar role
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
