Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will lead a large store with a full optics team with three testing rooms, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional care, confidence, and connection within the community.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure the store operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and compliance
  • Drive team performance through effective coaching and development
  • Manage stock levels and inventory, ensuring optimal product availability
  • Champion a culture of inclusion and respect, making every team member feel valued

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a large store environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience in optics is desirable but not essential

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the optical industry or experience in a similar role
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
