We are currently working with a renowned luxury jewellery brand to appoint a Store Manager who will be responsible to lead, and coach their retail team toward achieving sales targets and premium service standards
Job Responsibility
Lead, train, and manage retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
Oversee daily branch operations including inventory management, financial reporting, and visual merchandising
Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to boost branch performance
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Maintain showroom standards to reflect the brand’s premium image
Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, performance reviews, and career development
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods
Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
Jewelry certification (e.g. GIA, gemology) is a bonus but not mandatory
