Job Description:

Store Manager in Training position at Circle K convenience store, responsible for leadership, management, site operations, employee training, and financial management of the retail location.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train employees
Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure site cleanliness and organization
Schedule employees to maximize customer service
Implement non-discriminatory management practices
Develop relationships with suppliers
Resolve customer complaints
Train employees on safety procedures
Manage financial aspects including sales analysis and budgeting
Safeguard and account for all money

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Ability to supervise and train employees
Ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash control
Valid driver's license and adequate transportation
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English

Nice to have:

Experience in retail sales
Leadership and management skills
