Store Manager in Training

• Support store as management team member
• Lead in manner consistent with CVS values and policies

• Participate in 16-week training program

• High School diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor
• Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
• Communicate well verbally and in writing
• Perform customer care duties
• Execute merchandising strategies
• Manage store inventory and assets
