Job Description:

The Store Manager in Training will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training employees, managing site operations, maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves financial analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train employees
Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure site cleanliness and organization
Maintain professional and supportive image
Schedule employees to maximize customer service
Implement non-discriminatory management skills
Develop relationships with suppliers
Promote excellent service and resolve complaints
Train employees on safety procedures
Ensure timely communication with employees
Organize and maintain site files
Manage store employees to ensure accurate reporting
Analyze sales and expense information
Budget and forecast P&L lines
Safeguard and account for money received and disbursed

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions
Ability to use computer or acquire necessary skills
Valid driver’s license and adequate transportation
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
