• Lead and support the store team

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to execute merchandising strategies
• Ability to manage inventory and store profitability
• Willingness to accept promotion roles within the designated market
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores in the market
• Flexibility to work based on business needs
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience
• A four-year college degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of degree
