Job Description:

The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) position at CVS Health is designed to develop candidates into future store leaders through a 16-week program with virtual and hands-on learning experiences. The role involves supporting your team, delivering customer care, executing sales growth strategies, managing inventory, and engaging colleagues in alignment with CVS's purpose.

Job Responsibility:

Support and lead your team
Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service
Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth
Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability
Engage colleagues and support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree preferred
Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market
Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
Effective communication skills
Perform customer care duties
Execute merchandising strategies
Manage store inventory and assets.

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree
Retail management experience.
