Job Description:

Development focused role crafted to prepare for CVS Store Manager position. 16-week self-paced collaborative training program with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop as a leader. Program includes support from District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Job Responsibility:

Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead team
Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service
Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth
Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability
Support store as management team member
Lead in manner consistent with CVS values and policies
Engage colleagues in support of company's purpose

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of degree
Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor
Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
Ability to perform customer care duties
Ability to execute merchandising strategies
Ability to manage store inventory and assets
Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager role at any location in designated market
Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within designated market
Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs

Nice to have:

Bachelor's Degree
Retail management experience
