Job Description:

Development focused role designed to prepare for CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop leadership skills.

Job Responsibility:

Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead team
Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service
Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth
Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability
Actively engage in Key Learning Experiences
Support store as management team member
Engage colleagues in support of company's purpose

Requirements:

Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market
Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market
Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
High School diploma or GED
Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor
Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of degree
