Job Responsibility:
Oversee boutique operations including sales, inventory, reporting, and visual merchandising to ensure seamless execution and brand excellence
Drive sales performance through effective client engagement, local marketing initiatives, and promotional activities
Analyze business results and implement strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
Uphold boutique presentation and service standards that reflect the brand’s prestige and deliver an exceptional client experience
Lead and develop the team through coaching, performance management, and strict adherence to company policies and luxury retail standards
Requirements:
