Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee boutique operations including sales, inventory, reporting, and visual merchandising to ensure seamless execution and brand excellence
  • Drive sales performance through effective client engagement, local marketing initiatives, and promotional activities
  • Analyze business results and implement strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
  • Uphold boutique presentation and service standards that reflect the brand’s prestige and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Lead and develop the team through coaching, performance management, and strict adherence to company policies and luxury retail standards

Requirements:
