Store Manager Designate Opportunity: lead, inspire, and excel – creating amazing value everyday! As a Store Manager Designate, you're stepping into more than just a leadership position, you're in a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of various store teams and the customers you serve. Your day-to-day actions don't just drive sales; they create an environment where our core values of love our customers, care for our colleagues, and protect the euros (and pounds) come to life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing the highest levels of customer service
  • Coach and guide store teams to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Create a safe environment for the team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed
  • Lead the team

  • Ensure team understands how they contribute to commercial objectives
  • Have a strategic approach to sales, shrink, and service
  • Ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK and Ireland
  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management
  • Confident in managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards
  • Experience driving store performance by leading a team to achieve key KPIs, such as sales targets, waste reduction, and customer service scores
  • Experience using sales data to improve results and managing budgets to maximise profitability

  • Collaborate with the creative & branding teams to ensure a cohesive omni-channel brand experience
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, landlords and planning to make sure yearly targets for store projects are delivered within budget, on time and according to brand standards
  • Lead product range rollouts to ensure it meets the needs of the business, budgets and innovative design
  • Coordinate with external design agencies for the creation of a store, including briefing, managing budget & creative direction to make sure deliverables are handed over in time, on brand and within budget
  • Support with assessing feasibility of new store locations and projects
  • Contribute to the company’s goals of more sustainable store roll out and construction. Have a sustainable and circular mindset at the start of every design and with everything you do
