Store Manager - Convenience

• Treat the store as your own business, constantly seeking innovative ways to improve the commercial offering, drive sales, and manage costs effectively

• Oversee all people activities
• from recruitment and induction to training and ongoing development

• Ensure all operational procedures, health and safety, and compliance standards are rigorously met, maintaining an attractive, safe, and efficient shopping environment
• As hours are driven by business and customer needs, this role requires flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, and weekend work
• Build strong, positive relationships within the local community, understanding the vital role your store plays and actively seeking ways to offer support
