Job Description

Every store manager at PARC is essentially running their own business, with the backing of an established brand and a compensation plan built to reward performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive Revenue - Build and execute sales strategies. Own the numbers. Hit and exceed targets every month
  • Lead the Team - Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing crew. Your team's success is your success
  • Win Every Customer - Set the standard for the customer experience. Turn walk-ins into loyal, repeat clients. Say Yes to business - Every time
  • Run a Tight Shop - Oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and keep the store running at peak efficiency
  • Manage the P&L - Understand your costs, control your margins, and grow store profitability quarter over quarter
  • Build the Culture - Create an environment where the best people want to work and stay.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record
  • Leadership experience - You've managed a team, developed people, and held them accountable
  • Hunger to earn - You're motivated by performance-based pay, not a salary ceiling
  • Automotive background - Highly preferred but not required
  • Tech comfort - Familiar with POS or shop management software (Tekmetric a plus). MS Office proficient
  • Valid driver's license - Clean driving record required.
