Job Description:

The hiring company is an emerging beverage start-up. As they gear up for further expansion, they are looking for passionate, hands-on individuals to help them build and scale their retail presence across Malaysia.

Job Responsibility:

Support full store development cycle, from site sourcing to launch
Conduct market research and assess site feasibility
Liaise with landlords, agents, and vendors on leases and timelines
Coordinate with designers and contractors for store fit-out
Oversee renovation progress to meet brand standards
Manage opening checklists and ensure store readiness
Track budgets, timelines, and project documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in store development or retail expansion.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Willing to travel as needed for site visits and store openings.
Driven, ambitious, and assertive character.
