Liaising with landlords, architects, contractors on maintenance and renovation for all boutique projects in the region
Managing stakeholders by preparing monthly reports to keep track of the status of various projects and condition of boutiques
Coordinating with all internal cross-functional partners (Operations, Security, IT, etc.) to validate all project timelines are aligned, and team requirements and standards are incorporated into the project plan
Requirements
Degree holder in Architecture is preferred, degree holder in Interior Design or equivalent would also be considered
Minimum 5 years of experience involving in retail store interior design project management
Experience in fashion, jewellery, FMCG, F&B brands or equivalent will be considered
In house experience in retail brands is a must
