Job Responsibility

Manage a retail counter and the running of our Elemis Retail Account
Drive the sales of Elemis products
Develop sales and promote the Elemis brand through planning and executing promotional activities
Be responsible for the growth of Elemis sales in treatments and products within the retail store
Pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and counter targets are met
Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range
Participate fully in promotional/PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event
Assess and collate weekly/monthly sales figures and analysis of business, and report such information to key individuals
Ensure that a complete stock check is carried out on a weekly/fortnightly basis and any discrepancies on stock should be found and rectified
Maintain the Elemis counter to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
