• Actively approach customers requiring additional help
• identify customer needs and advise on best solutions for their homes
• keep area clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
• ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place
• convey passion about IKEA products and learn about features and benefits
• build furniture as needed for In Shape As New, new products, and remodels
• receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy
• flow product to final selling location
• process sales transactions accurately
• provide Full Serve Hand Out experience
• provide returns and exchange experience

• 1 year of retail experience
• preferably in the home furnishing sector
• experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs
