Following the delivery of our Standard Store in 2022 and Planning and Order Point (PaOP) in 2025, this new store marks an important milestone in our journey to strengthen market presence, while continuing to provide an omnichannel, customer-centric experience aligned with our long-term vision for the region. Small stores are designed to offer a complete IKEA experience in a more compact format to make us even more accessible to our customers in our markets. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in Sales, Customer Service, Food, and Logistics, offering an opportunity to gain exposure across multiple store functions. We are the ones meeting our customers – in our stores, online, in our catalogue and beyond. Job Responsibility:
Deliver a great customer experience by actively engaging with customers throughout their shopping journey
Act as an ambassador of the brand by sharing knowledge about products and services with customers and colleagues
Support customers across different touchpoints, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience
Maintain strong knowledge of the product range and contribute to offering complete and sustainable home furnishing solutions
Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and range presentation is up to date
Contribute to high product availability by supporting fulfilment processes, stock accuracy, and timely deliveries
Use systems and tools effectively to support efficient goods flow and operations
Work across different functions (Sales, Customer Relations, Food, or Logistics) based on business needs
Follow store routines and working methods to maximize efficiency at the customer meeting point
Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by adhering to health, safety, and compliance standards
Requirements:
You bring a customer-first mindset and are business-minded and result-driven
You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar field
You can communicate clearly and politely in both written and spoken language
You have good digital awareness and are comfortable using systems and tools
You are organized, able to prioritize tasks, and make efficient use of your time
You are curious, proactive, and confident in approaching and communicating with people
You enjoy working in a team and collaborating across functions
You are eager to learn and continuously develop your skills
You have a strong interest in home furnishing and understand customers' everyday life needs
You are passionate about creating a great customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment
