Job Description:

You’ll help enhance the in-store customer experience by creating a strong visual impression in line with the IKEA Brand.

Job Responsibility:

Constructing, building, and preparing in-store media to secure range presentation and the IKEA visual identity
Reducing the environmental footprint by working consciously with resources and materials and maximizing opportunities to recycle and reuse materials
Staying up to date and knowledgeable about carpentry trends to increase quality and efficiency

Requirements:

3-5 years of professional carpentry-related experience
License and/or certification in carpentry preferred (OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certification)
Building/framing walls experience is required
Joinery experience is required
Painting and wallpaper installation in a professional level on large scale walls experience is required
Tiling/floor installation experience is required
Computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel for budgeting/ordering materials is required
Experience with Drills, Chop Saw/Milter Saw, Table Saw required
