Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Store Car Delivery Driver to join our team in North Peterton. This role is pivotal to the success of our DPSW operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods while providing excellent customer service. Job Responsibility:

  • Safely and efficiently deliver catering and hospitality supplies to various store locations within the North Peterton area
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and goods are handled with care to maintain quality standards
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the delivery car
  • Collaborate with store managers and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Accurately complete delivery paperwork and maintain records of deliveries and mileage
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies while driving and handling goods
  • Provide friendly, helpful customer service to all clients and store staff during deliveries

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in a delivery driver role, ideally within catering or hospitality sectors
  • Good knowledge of North Peterton and surrounding areas
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of goods
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
