Job Description:

Support the Multi-Store BNOM and all store teams across locations in steering each store towards growth, optimal performance, and sustained long-term profitability in alignment with IKEA's objectives and values, ensuring the desired balance between customer, commercial, people, financial, and operational perspectives across the entire store network.

Job Responsibility:

Support the Multi-Store BNOM and all store teams across locations in steering each store towards growth, optimal performance, and sustained long-term profitability
Support the BN manager in the business plan, budget and forecast process by translating the store's strategy and goals in Profit & Loss (P&L) scenarios
Track the store budget, activity and campaign goals through close follow-up on actions taken
Provide relevant and user-friendly business information on the store's performance KPIs
Supporting the sales team in converting performance insight into actions towards maximizing business opportunities
Understanding the IKEA range and commercial priorities to support and contribute to the commercial agenda
Identifying business opportunities which will grow sales and improve gross profit
Supports business steering through analyzing benefits, costs and investments and developing business cases
Ability to connect financial data, non-financial data and customer insights to support business improvements

Requirements:

Good overview of customer experience processes
Ability to read and communicate in English
Focused on driving long-term business growth and profitability
Curious and proactive in analysing reports to suggest improvements
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Results-oriented and process-driven
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Excellent teamwork and communication skills in multicultural and cross-functional environments
Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related field
Familiar with ERP and financial tools (e.g., TM1, MVBC, Qlik Sense, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to work in retail settings, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
