Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, helping to shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities. This position provides an opportunity to excel in a growing, high impact, customer focused role in a leading retail setting.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
Giving warm and friendly greetings to customers
Accurately performing cashier duties handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves and updating pricing
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently
Close visual acuity to perform activities like viewing computer terminals and reading

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent
