Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, helping shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities. The position provides an opportunity to excel in a growing, high impact, customer focused role, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of customers.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Anticipating customer needs
Maintaining eye contact and offering help
Accurately performing cashier duties
Handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
Maintaining sales floor by restocking shelves
Checking in vendors
Updating pricing information
Completing inventory management tasks
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel
Working regular shifts in pharmacy for growth opportunities
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical requirements: remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally
close visual acuity for computer terminal viewing and reading

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent
