Job Description:

Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health providing customer-focused service in a retail setting, helping transform healthcare and positively impact customers' lives through compassionate care and support.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Anticipating customer needs
Handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
Maintaining sales floor by restocking shelves
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
Close visual acuity for computer terminal viewing, reading, and inspection

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent
