Job Description:

Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health providing customer-focused service in a retail setting, helping transform healthcare and positively impact customers' lives through various store operations and customer service activities.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Anticipating customer needs
Maintaining eye contact and offering help
Accurately performing cashier duties
Handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
Restocking shelves
Checking in vendors
Updating pricing information
Completing inventory management tasks
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical requirements: remaining upright on feet for sustained periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently, close visual acuity
Previous experience in retail or customer service setting (preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
