Job Description:

The Retail Store Associate position provides an opportunity to excel in a growing, customer-focused role at CVS Health, positively impacting lives and supporting customers' healthcare needs.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
focusing on the customer by giving friendly greetings and offering help locating items
accurately performing cashier duties
maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves and completing inventory management tasks
supporting opening and closing store activities
providing customer support to all departments
assisting pharmacy personnel
advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally
visual acuity for activities like viewing a computer terminal and reading

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
high school diploma or equivalent
