Job Description:

Retail Store Associates at CVS Health provide an opportunity to work in a customer-focused role within a leading retail and health solutions company, contributing to communities and ensuring the health and wellbeing of customers.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
focusing on customers with warm greetings, maintaining eye contact, and helping locate additional items
accurately performing cashier duties such as handling cash, checks, and credit transactions
maintaining sales floors by restocking shelves, checking inventory, and managing pricing information
supporting store opening and closing activities
assisting pharmacy personnel during shifts
advocating and embracing new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally and up to 10 lbs of force frequently
having close visual acuity for performing activities such as viewing a computer terminal or reading

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
high school diploma or equivalent
