Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, helping to shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities by providing customer-focused service in a leading retail setting.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Anticipating customer needs
Performing cashier duties
Maintaining sales floor
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments
Assisting pharmacy personnel
Advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical requirements: remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally
close visual acuity

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent
