Job Responsibility:
Actively approach customers requiring additional help identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their homes
Keeps area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
Convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits
Build furniture as needed for In Shape As New, introduction of new products, commercial calendar implementation and remodels
Prepare, produce, and maintain IKEA Food menu items
Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving
Flow product to final selling location
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector
Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
