Job Responsibility:

  • Actively approach customers requiring additional help identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their homes
  • Keeps area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
  • Convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits
  • Build furniture as needed for In Shape As New, introduction of new products, commercial calendar implementation and remodels
  • Prepare, produce, and maintain IKEA Food menu items
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving
  • Flow product to final selling location
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector
  • Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
