Store Associate

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
• Giving a warm greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering assistance
• Accurately performing cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit cards
• Restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
• Supporting opening and closing store activities
• Providing support to all departments, including photo and beauty
• Assisting pharmacy personnel and working shifts in the pharmacy as needed
• Advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

• At least 16 years of age
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
• Lifting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly
• Close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal or reading
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
