Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. This role provides great opportunities in a leading retail setting to positively impact the lives of customers while working both independently and as a team member.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
Demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions
Actively identifying and resolving potential service issues
Performing cashier duties accurately and handling transactions
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, and completing inventory tasks
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments
Assisting pharmacy personnel
Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
Having close visual acuity for activities like viewing a computer terminal and reading.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
