Job Description:

Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health providing customer-focused service in a retail setting, helping customers with their healthcare needs and supporting various store operations including pharmacy assistance.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Anticipating customer needs
Performing cashier duties
Maintaining sales floor
Restocking shelves
Updating pricing
Supporting opening/closing activities
Providing customer support to all departments
Assisting pharmacy personnel
Advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical requirements: remaining upright on feet for sustained periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, close visual acuity
Previous experience in retail or customer service setting (preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
