Job Description:

The Retail Store Associate position provides the opportunity to work in a leading retail setting focused on customer service and positively impacting lives. This includes tasks related to cashier operations, restocking, supporting customers, assisting in pharmacy operations, and advocating for CVS loyalty programs.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
Giving a warm and friendly greeting to customers
Performing cashier duties including transactions with precision
Restocking shelves and inventory management
Supporting opening and closing activities
Providing support to all departments like photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel as part of career growth opportunities
Advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally
Lifting up to 10 lbs of force frequently
Close visual acuity to perform activities like computer use and visual inspections.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent.
