Job Description:

Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that materials, reagents, and equipment are accurately received, tracked, and distributed—supporting uninterrupted experimental workflows and scientific progress.

Job Responsibility:

Receive, inspect, and label incoming materials and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
Track, issue, and store goods as per internal SOPs and safety guidelines
Conduct regular audits and cycle counts
Liaise with procurement and scientific teams to ensure timely availability of materials

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping or lab inventory management
Experience with ERP tools like SAP or Focus
Knowledge of safety protocols and storage compliance
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to follow SOPs
