Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, shaping the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities. The position provides an opportunity to excel in a growing, high impact, customer focused role in a leading retail setting.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Anticipating customer needs
Maintaining eye contact and offering help
Accurately performing cashier duties
Handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
Restocking shelves
Checking in vendors
Updating pricing information
Completing inventory management tasks
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
Visual acuity for computer terminal viewing, reading, and visual inspection of small parts

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent
