Store Associate

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues
• Giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help as needed
• Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit cards
• Restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
• Supporting store opening and closing activities
• Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
• Assisting pharmacy personnel as part of growth opportunities
• Advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

• At least 16 years of age
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Visual acuity for close activities like reading or using a computer
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
