Job Description:

Retail Store Associate position providing opportunity to excel in a growing, high impact, customer focused role in a leading retail setting, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact customers' healthcare needs.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Anticipating customer needs
Performing cashier duties handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
Close visual acuity for activities like viewing computer terminals and reading

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent
