Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, shaping the future of health care through customer-focused interactions and independent and team work to positively impact lives.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Focusing on the customer with warm and friendly interactions
Performing cashier duties accurately
Restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating prices, and handling inventory management
Supporting store opening and closing activities
Providing customer support for all departments, including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel as part of growth opportunities
Advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs and up to 10 lbs frequently
Visual acuity for activities like viewing a computer terminal and reading small details

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
