Job Description:

This is a store assistant role at Toolstation, a fast-growing multi-channel retailer of tools, accessories, and building supplies. The role involves being the friendly face of the store, helping customers, and being hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking. It is a fast-paced role with an employee-focused retailer focused on customer happiness and employee growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help customers find what they need
  • Handle deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stock shelves
  • Keep the store clean and prepare orders
  • Provide outstanding service and great customer experience
  • Show genuine interest in customers' projects to help them find needed items
  • Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts
  • Maintain high store standards and create an enjoyable workplace

Requirements:

  • Live locally and can easily commute to the store
  • Able to manage early starts and late finishes (store hours 7 AM to 8 PM)
